Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage and coordinate real estate and construction projects, from prospecting through execution, ensuring profitability and quality. Integration into a young and dynamic team NVE Engenharias S.A., a leading company in the Civil Construction sector, currently expanding and reinforcing its Human Resources team, is recruiting a Project Manager to join its team in the Northern region of the country (Guimarães). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prospecting and analyzing business opportunities in the real estate sector; Coordinating and monitoring architecture, engineering, and specialty projects, liaising with designers, architects, and external entities; Managing and developing the group's entire real estate portfolio; Analyzing project profitability and economic feasibility; Negotiating and managing leasing and investment contracts; Coordinating construction and rehabilitation projects, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality; Overseeing ongoing licensing procedures; Providing strategic support to management in defining and implementing the company's real estate investment policy. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate management or leadership roles; Solid knowledge of financial analysis and project profitability assessment; Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; Proactive, autonomous, organized profile with strong results orientation; Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. **WE OFFER:** Integration into a solid and ambitious corporate group; Integration into a young and dynamic team; Personal and career development; Continuous training; Competitive salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities; **Start Date: Immediate.** Interested candidates should send their CV to the email address: recursoshumanos@nve.pt, with the subject line: “Project Manager”.
