




Job Summary: SILSA is seeking an Administrative Purchasing Officer for its textile accessories department, responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling materials and production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in managing and monitoring orders placed with suppliers 2. Monitoring delivery deadlines and resolving incidents 3. Organization and archiving of documentation SILSA currently has an active recruitment process for an Administrative Purchasing Officer to join our textile accessories department. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the planning, monitoring, and control of materials and processes related to orders and production. **Responsibilities:** Support in managing and monitoring orders placed with suppliers; Direct contact with suppliers; Stock verification and warehouse inbound goods registration; Developing manufacturing plans for products under production/services; Data entry and system updates; Monitoring delivery deadlines and resolving incidents; Organization and archiving of documentation; Invoice verification and analysis of supplier costs and proposals; **Requirements:** \- Minimum education level: 12th grade (preferably in administrative or related fields) \- Prior experience in purchasing accessories within the textile sector (preferred) \- Proficiency in Excel and other computer tools \- Knowledge of English (preferred) \- Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills \- Team spirit and proactivity Interested candidates should send their CV to the e\-mail: rh@silsa.pt with the subject line: Silsa Administrative Purchasing Officer or visit our premises (Rua da Estrada, no. 915 \- Abade do Neiva – Barcelos) Work Location: On-site
