Stability and continuity in a structured professional environment. **Taberna Londrina** is currently recruiting a **Surveyor, Estimator, and Construction Draftsperson** to reinforce our team in the field of Construction Project Management. **Main Responsibilities** Initially, our architect will provide training to enable this professional to perform their duties effectively. The professional will be responsible for: \- Producing technical drawings related to civil construction projects; \- Reading, interpreting, and developing architectural and engineering designs; \- Preparing floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using CAD software; \- Determining quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and services; \- Preparing quantity take-offs and supporting budget preparation; \- Conducting topographic surveys using specialized computer tools; \- Using software such as **AutoCAD, Studio Viz, Word, Excel, Project**, among others; **Requirements** \- Minimum education level: **12th Grade**; \- Interest in the fields of surveying, estimating, and construction management. **What We Offer** \- **Initial training** provided for full integration into the role; \- Opportunity for professional development within an experienced team; \- Stability and continuity in a structured professional environment.
