**Do you want to join the creation and development of the new manufacturing for our Continence Care segment within Coloplast?****Be a service partner in quality and support the production process, quality functions, and laboratories to produce the products our users’ needs in the quality needed?****Then look at this position:** **Technician in Quality**
**We are currently looking for skilled technicians to join our quality department to support the following functions: Sterilization Release Technician.**
**An unexhausted list of what You will Do:**
* Support and promote the quality culture for the whole site;
* To ensure (with the required formal control) the required quality of the products leaving Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal for sterilization;
* Ensure that post\-sterilization products are inspected in accordance with regulations;
* Release sterilized products in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Take action in case of sterilization\-related complaints and anomalies;
* Monitor and document the shipment of products to sterilization facilities.
**Your Qualifications:**
* **Academic background:** A relevant academic background
* **Experience:**
+ Minimum 2 years as a Technician within Quality / Quality Control / Sterilization or similar within a production environment
+ Solid understanding within the field of Quality i.e. GDP and GMP etc. (Quality Assurance experience is a plus)
+ Production knowledge – Value chain understanding
* **Business understanding:** Holistic understanding of End\-To\-End production
* **Language Proficiency:** Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus).
**In each of the roles, you will play a key role in the quality of the products produced as a partner in production quality, process stability, material intake and product release. You will play a major role in ensuring the success of our roll\-out plan as support in these areas to the organization is important factors in the success for releasing products at our new site.**
**Timing:**
* Expected start is first week of October, 2026\.
* Workplace will be Felgueiras in Portugal
+ The travel program will be defined together with the manager.
