As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role with a strong focus on delivering business results. You will act as the main bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders, providing critical recommendations for project success. You will conduct client needs gathering and understanding, as well as perform critical analysis aimed at problem solving. Key Responsibilities Participate in the identification, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements; Work closely with clients (business) and the development team; Propose the best functional solution to address business problems; Write user stories that allow the technical team to clearly understand client needs, minimizing uncertainties and assumptions; Define specific acceptance criteria for each user story, establishing the conditions that must be met; Facilitate discussions and support overall acceptance of the final solution; Ensure compliance with implemented methodologies and processes; Guarantee that the final solution meets the established and agreed requirements. Requirements Professional Experience 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects or similar activities. Technical Experience Knowledge of writing specifications using Gherkin language and experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Requirements Gathering Solid knowledge of requirements elicitation and process modeling (e.g.: BPMN). Critical Thinking Critical thinking and strategic vision (Big Picture Thinking). Communication Skills Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams. Languages Fluency in English, both spoken and written. **Bonus Points:** Shell scripting knowledge; Programming knowledge in Java or Python; Familiarity with tools such as Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, or equivalent.
