Starting from TEKEVER's product baseline, you'll develop and integrate customer\-specific features, working directly alongside the customer's technical team to understand their needs and deliver solutions that work in the real world. This isn't support, it's engineering in the field. **What you'll do** * Develop customer\-specific features and integrations on top of TEKEVER's product baseline * Work directly with customer engineering and operations teams on\-site to understand requirements and deliver solutions * Translate operational needs into technical implementations quickly and effectively * Maintain system integrity while extending functionality for customer\-specific use cases * Feed learnings and insights back to TEKEVER's core engineering teams to inform product development * Travel regularly to customer sites around the World as part of your core role **What you bring** * 4\+ years of professional engineering experience * Solid cross\-domain technical foundation, electrical, electronics, software, and mechanical * Comfortable picking up unfamiliar systems and building on top of them * Strong communication skills, able to work directly with customer teams in a professional, field environment * Hands\-on, problem\-solving mindset with a bias for getting things done * Willingness to travel regularly **Nice to have** * Experience with unmanned systems, avionics, or complex embedded systems * Background in systems integration or field deployment * Familiarity with government or regulated operational environments **What we have to offer you:** * An excellent work environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Salary Compatible with the level of proven experience; * Daily shuttle from Leiria, Lisbon, Alcobaça and Rio Maior;
