As part of its growth strategy and reinforcement of its operational structure, Areipor seeks to integrate a **Logistics Manager**. This role’s primary mission is to plan, coordinate, and optimize logistics operations related to the transportation of raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficient supply to production units and fulfillment of commitments made to customers. The professional will be responsible for managing tarpaulin, bulk, and tanker transport, guaranteeing high service levels, on-time delivery, cost optimization, and operational excellence—directly contributing to the Group’s profitability and sustainability. **Main Responsibilities:** · Plan supply requirements in coordination with production, procurement, and sales departments · Coordinate with logistics and dispatch operational teams · Plan and assign transport tasks to the Group’s fleet drivers · Assist drivers in resolving operational difficulties · Ensure management of drivers’ driving hours · Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding goods delivery · Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions · Manage transporters and logistics partners · Identify and onboard new logistics partners · Negotiate and monitor transportation costs · Ensure adherence to agreed delivery deadlines and service levels · Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction · Participate in digitalization projects and improvements to management systems **Requirements:** · Professional or higher education degree in Logistics, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or a related field · Additional training in Supply Chain Management is an advantage · Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management roles · Experience coordinating operational teams · Experience in industrial or production environments is a plus · Solid knowledge of logistics and operational planning · Experience with ERP systems · Proficiency in Excel and data analysis · Knowledge of logistics KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies · Preferred residence in the Santarém, Loures, or Torres Vedras areas **We Offer:** · Integration into a solid and growing company · Collaborative and dynamic work environment · Opportunities for professional development and continuous training · Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience **Applicants should send their CV and cover letter to:** rh@whiteminerals.pt Work Location: On-site
