Job Summary: We are seeking an operator to perform manual sorting and separation of waste, ensuring proper management of recyclables and maintenance of the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Process safety We are looking for an operator for an environmental sector company who will perform manual sorting and separation of waste. This role is essential to ensure correct management of recyclable materials and maintenance of the workplace. Your Responsibilities - Perform waste sorting, including plastics, cardboard, and metals; - Carry out manual separation of recyclable materials; - Handle material loading and unloading; - Keep the workplace clean and organized. Requirements - Completed basic education (9th grade); - Ability to perform physically demanding work; - Availability to work from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday; - Proficiency in Portuguese and ability to work in a team. What We Offer - Base salary: 926.00€; - Meal allowance: 8.00€ per day; - Night shift premium: +25% for night hours; - Work environment with constant support and process safety.
