Team management and quality control in hospitality **Company Description:** A leading hotel group in Portugal is seeking a Housekeeping Manager (M/F) to join its property in **Caldas da Rainha**. We value professionals who focus on service excellence and efficient team management. **Key Responsibilities:** **Team Management:** Coordinate and supervise housekeepers, laundry staff, and public areas. **Quality Control:** Ensure guest rooms and social areas meet the group's high standards of cleanliness and organization. **Stock Management:** Monitor inventories of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities. **Planning:** Prepare work schedules, manage time-off requests, and coordinate with maintenance for any necessary repairs. **Reporting:** Report directly to the Property Management or the Group's Housekeeping Department. **Candidate Profile:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles within hotel establishments. * Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. * Residence in the Caldas da Rainha area or nearby (preferred). * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing hotel group. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience. * Continuous training and internal career advancement opportunities within the group.
