We are looking for a Product Development Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing design and improvement solutions for our UAVs. Key responsibilities include UAV design, ensuring alignment between functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturing feasibility. The professional will work from initial concept through testing phases, ensuring design solutions meet technical requirements, promote innovation, and align with product needs and operational goals. ##### **Responsibilities** * Develop and optimize innovative design solutions for drones and their subsystems. * Design structural and mechanical components using advanced CAD software (Fusion 360, Ansys). * Select appropriate materials for use in UAVs. * Operate 3D printing and CNC machining tools to fabricate and iterate prototypes. * Assemble and integrate mechanical, propulsion, and sensor systems in collaboration with electronics and software teams. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align mechanical design with system requirements. * Research and implement emerging technologies for continuous innovation in product development. ##### **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, recognized by DGES. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of component manufacturing and production processes. * Experience in 3D printing, including SLA, SLS, and FDM technologies. * Experience in automated manufacturing processes and/or computer numerical control (CNC). * Fluent English. ##### **Benefits and Career Opportunities** * Integration into a multidisciplinary and innovative team; * Stable employment contract and salary according to demonstrated experience; * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a continuously learning environment. ##### **We Value Diversity** We promote equal opportunities and diversity, encouraging any qualified individual to apply.
