Responsibilities: * Coordinate and lead on-site teams. * Carry out civil construction works whenever necessary. * Organize daily tasks and ensure deadlines are met. * Interpret project plans and perform on-site layout marking. * Control the quality of executed works. * Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors. * Report project progress to the technical management. Requirements: * Proven experience in civil construction. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Solid knowledge of masonry, plastering, concrete slabs, formwork, and finishing works. * Ability to read project drawings and implement them on site. * Sense of responsibility and autonomy. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in residential construction and rehabilitation. * Ability to solve problems on site. * Good interpersonal skills with clients, suppliers, and teams.
