We are expanding our team in Lisbon by hiring an Operational Assistant. Responsibilities * Operational support to the site manager; * Issuing purchase orders and performing corresponding verifications; * Budgeting; * Invoicing clients and recording supplier invoices; * Supporting the planning of technical work; * Liaising with clients and suppliers; * Logistical support and other tasks inherent to the role. Profile Can you build empathy and communicate easily? Do you demonstrate initiative and proactivity? Then you already possess the key ingredients—the rest are details. * Three years of administrative experience (preferred); * User-level computer skills (preferably Microsoft Office, ERP Primavera, and Infraspeak).
