Autonomous, proactive, and resilient attitude Grupo Barros \& Moreira is seeking to recruit: **Plastic Injection Technician (M/F)** Main responsibilities of this role include: \- Preparing and assembling plastic injection molds; \- Ensuring control of the injection process (fine-tuning, parameter setting, and root-cause identification of problems); \- Preparing and configuring machinery; \- Collaborating in resolving injection process-related issues; \- Ensuring quality and precision of work performed; \- Coordinating processes in alignment with industrial objectives; \- Demonstrating proactivity and driving continuous operational improvement; \- Complying with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** \- Minimum proven experience in similar roles (eliminatory criterion); \- Relevant education/training (eliminatory criterion); \- Autonomous, proactive, and resilient attitude; \- Valid driver's license (preferred); \- Immediate availability (preferred); \- Residence in the West Region or nearby areas (preferred); If you are interested in this position and meet the profile, please send your application to rh@grupobm.pt with the subject line "Plastic Injection Technician".
