What You Will Do: * Coordinate and motivate the sales team; * Drive store business performance and ensure the best shopping experience; * Ensure compliance with store procedures; * Support visual merchandising, stock management, and order handling; * Promote employee development and continuous training. What We Are Looking For: * 2–5 years of experience in Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG); * Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and passion for customer service; * English language proficiency; * Proficiency in MS Office; * Flexible working hours (Monday to Sunday).
