Opportunity for career progression Work Location A\-dos\-Cunhados (Torres Vedras) As part of the operational team, your main responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction work, ensuring proper project execution, efficient team management, and compliance with quality, safety, and deadline requirements. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and oversee on-site construction work; * Ensure compliance with project specifications and technical requirements; * Coordinate work teams and subcontractors; * Monitor construction progress and control defined deadlines; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Report daily progress of work; * Collaborate in identifying and resolving technical and logistical challenges. Required Profile Mandatory Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity; * Crane operator certification. Preferred Qualifications * Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil construction; * Valid driver’s license; * Certification as an operator of construction site machinery; * Willingness to travel. Contractual and Remuneration Conditions (Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/970\) * Employment contract in accordance with applicable legislation; * Application of the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) between AICCOPN and SETACCOP; * Reference professional category: Site Supervisor; * Monthly base salary: €1,300 to €2,000, depending on relevant experience, demonstrated autonomy, applicable qualifications, and suitability for the role; * Meal allowance: €6 per day actually worked; * Opportunity for professional advancement based on objective criteria, including performance, training, experience, autonomy, responsibility, and company needs. The indicated remuneration complies with the minimum wage table stipulated in the applicable CLA; placement within the stated range is determined by objective and gender-neutral criteria.
