What We Are Looking For We seek a commercially oriented individual with leadership ability and strong results orientation, who has a passion for the automotive sector and motivation to work with **new and used vehicles, with special emphasis on electric vehicles**. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in automotive sales**; * Experience and enthusiasm for leadership and team mentoring; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Goal- and results-oriented mindset; * Ability to motivate and support the sales team; * Dynamic, responsible, and proactive profile; * Valid driver’s license. Main Responsibilities * Lead, support, and motivate the sales team; * Assist sales staff in achieving their objectives; * Define and monitor strategies to achieve the **store’s monthly target**; * Monitor daily sales results and key performance indicators; * Support the team in negotiation and deal closure; * Ensure high-level customer follow-up and satisfaction; * Identify opportunities to improve the sales process; * Contribute to the growth and development of the sales department; * Promote the sale of **electric new and used vehicles**.
