We are seeking motivated maintenance technicians to join a growing team and a technologically challenging environment. Come be part of a team that aims to go further! **Your key responsibilities:** * **Assembly and Maintenance:** Perform assembly, preventive maintenance, and repair of UAV systems. * **Workshop Management:** Organize and ensure the proper condition of the workspace and Development (DEV) tools. * **Engineering Support:** Collaborate directly with engineering teams in developing and prototyping new components or processes. * **Field Testing:** Accompany and support field testing operations. **What we are looking for:** * **Education:** Professional course or TESP in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanics, Automotive branch, or Aircraft Maintenance (preferred). * **Experience:** Prior experience in similar roles (valued). * **Technical Skills:** Practical knowledge in electronics, workshop practices, and/or lamination techniques (composites). * **Profile:** Proactive attitude, dynamism, and a constant willingness to learn. * **Adaptability:** Ability to work in an agile environment undergoing continuous technological evolution. * **Languages:** Proficiency in Portuguese and good command of English. **What we offer you:** * **Real Impact:** The opportunity to make a difference in an emerging and competitive field. * **Work Environment:** Integration into a team that values teamwork, peer support, and an informal workplace focused on everyone's growth. * **Compensation Package:** Remuneration commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies. * **Facilitated Mobility:** We provide daily transportation to and from the following locations: Leiria, Alcobaça, Rio Maior, and Lisbon.
