Job Summary: Manage a group of stores, being responsible for key performance indicators, team management, and supervision of intermediate leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Connect stores with departments and guarantee project implementation Lidl is recruiting a District Manager for the Santarém district, on a full-time basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a group of stores within the same area, being responsible for key performance indicators, store team management, and supervision of intermediate leadership. **Responsibilities:** Manage a sales area and the stores belonging to it; Lead, guide, and supervise store leadership and teams; Promote team development; Ensure achievement of defined objectives; Monitor and control store processes; Track key performance indicators; Act as liaison between stores and office departments; Guarantee implementation of projects, guidelines, and procedures in the assigned zone's stores. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field of study; At least 3 years of professional experience; Previous experience in leadership roles; Experience in team management; Valid driver’s license; Geographic mobility; Availability to work in at least two of the four regional areas: North, West, Central, and South; Flexibility and availability regarding working hours, given that stores operate seven days per week; Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; Dynamism, results orientation, and organizational ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in food retail or specialized retail; English language proficiency, valued in the company’s multinational context. **Offer:** Full-time employment; Salary between €3,214 and €4,214; Health insurance, extendable to family members under advantageous conditions; Daily meal allowance of €9.60, equivalent to up to €220 per month; Tailored career development and training plan; Initial training program adapted to the role, including store and distribution center rotations; “More Health” program, featuring activities promoting physical and mental well-being; Additional 3 vacation days if no unjustified absences occur; Birthday day off; Access to over 200 partnerships with external entities; Employee referral program offering a gross €350 bonus per successful Lidl colleague referral who remains with the company for more than 6 months; Integration into a multinational company present in 31 countries. **Diversity and Inclusion:** Lidl is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, promoting equal opportunities for all individuals.
