Main responsibilities include: * Supporting the development, documentation, and implementation of reference security architectures in industrial environments (OT), developing action plans and implementing controls and activities aligned with policies, standards, and best practices for information security in industrial systems such as IEC 62443 and ISO/IEC 27001; * Acting as the technical focal point for cybersecurity within operational areas, promoting the application of Security by Design principles in projects and technological developments; * Collaborating with REN's Security Operations Center (SOC) on integrating OT systems into incident detection and response processes, as well as vulnerability management and system hardening; * Monitoring the evolution of threats targeting industrial systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives, including proof-of-concept testing of new technical solutions; * Assisting in the assessment and management of information security risks; * Supporting alignment with the existing Information Security Management System and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., NIS2\), ensuring OT perspectives are integrated into the overall cybersecurity governance; * Contributing to training, awareness, and dissemination of security best practices among the technical teams; * Providing technical support to the operational areas' system and network administration teams, promoting proactive monitoring and continuous improvement of technical security controls; * Participating in working groups and events representing REN. **Professional Profile:** * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system security and administration roles; * Experience with security frameworks and standards such as CISecurity, NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443; * Experience in administration or operation of industrial systems (SCADA, PLCs, etc.) is valued; * Cybersecurity experience in industrial environments, particularly in the electricity or gas sector, is valued; * Certifications or postgraduate qualifications in Cybersecurity will be valued. **Personal Profile:** * Strong team spirit and cooperation; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Dynamism and initiative; * Strong goal and results orientation; * Versatility and openness to new challenges.
