Job Summary: The Patrícia Pilar Group is seeking an Agricultural Engineer to manage the technical and operational aspects of protected horticultural production, optimizing processes and contributing to continuous improvement. Continuously improve operations The Patrícia Pilar Group aims to strengthen its Protected Horticulture team by recruiting an Agricultural Engineer for its unit located in A\-dos\-Cunhados, Torres Vedras. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the technical and operational management of agricultural production, participating in process optimization and continuous operational improvement. Main Responsibilities * Management of protected horticultural production; * Planning, monitoring, and optimization of irrigation strategies; * Management and monitoring of crop climatic conditions; * Supervision of agricultural operations and support in team organization; * Collaboration with the technical team in implementing best production practices. Required Profile Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering; * User-level computer skills. Desirable Competencies * Strong sense of responsibility; * Initiative and autonomy; * Leadership and team management skills; * Good organizational and teamwork abilities. Contractual and Remuneration Conditions (In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970\) * Employment contract in compliance with applicable legislation; * Application of the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) of SETAAB; * Reference professional category: Agricultural Engineer; * Monthly base salary: €1,200 to €2,000, depending on relevant experience, demonstrated autonomy, applicable qualifications, and suitability for the role; * Meal allowance: €6 per day effectively worked; * Opportunities for professional advancement based on objective criteria, including performance, training, experience, autonomy, responsibility, and company needs. * The indicated remuneration complies with the minimum wage table stipulated in the applicable CLA; placement within the defined range is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
