Collaborate with technical support and ensure closure of corrective actions SHIFT LEADER – PRODUCTION (M/F) Neutroplast is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure execution of the production plan, coordination of the shift team, and control of process/quality, guaranteeing KPIs and requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management System. Responsibilities * Coordinate the shift and assign operators to workstations. * Ensure self-inspection and compliance of parts (reference-based testing). * Conduct shift handover and report incidents/actions. * Record production data (quantities, scrap, stoppages, anomalies) and non-conformities. * Collaborate with Technical Support regarding maintenance/adjustments and ensure closure of corrective actions. * Issue Manufacturing Order documentation. * Ensure 5S, cleaning records, printing of processes/labels, and adherence to procedures. * Supervise direct team and ensure task completion and KPI achievement. Requirements * Secondary education and minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Computer skills: Excel * Availability to work rotating shifts.
