Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with the Order of Engineers (Portugal) – (Preferred qualification); * Proven experience in organizing and managing construction projects; * Ability to prepare and control material quantity take-offs; * Solid knowledge of structural design; * Autonomy, technical rigor, and ability to coordinate with other departments within the company; * Valid Category B driving license. Main Responsibilities: * Planning, supervision, and technical management of construction projects; * Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors; * Analysis, validation, and supervision of structural designs; * Control of costs, schedules, and quality of execution; * Technical support to various departments within the company.
