Role The Traffic Manager will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily transportation operations, ensuring distribution efficiency and continuous monitoring of operational activities. Main Responsibilities * Operational management of driver teams and planning of national and international routes; * Daily planning, monitoring, and control of cargo and distribution; * Vehicle monitoring and tracking of ongoing operations; * Fleet management and support for operational availability; * Monitoring of preventive maintenance, inspections, and related documentation; * Control of fuel consumption, operational costs, and performance indicators; * Collection and analysis of operational information from field teams; * Collaboration in continuous improvement of logistics processes. Required Profile * 12th grade or technical training in Logistics/Transportation; * Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic or logistics functions; * Knowledge of transportation sector legislation; * Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills; * Stress resistance and ability to manage priorities; * Good communication skills and team spirit; * Proficiency in user-level computer tools; * Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile. Contractual and Remuneration Conditions (in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970) * Employment contract compliant with applicable legislation; * Application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA): ANTRAM; * Reference position: Traffic Manager; * Monthly base salary: €1000–€1800, depending on relevant experience, demonstrated autonomy, applicable education, and suitability for the role; * Meal allowance: €6 per day effectively worked; * Opportunities for professional development based on objective criteria, including performance, training, experience, autonomy, responsibility, and company needs. * The indicated remuneration complies with the minimum wage table of the applicable CBA; placement within the defined range is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
