




Job Summary: NEUTROPLAST is seeking a Production Support Technician to strengthen its team, with proven experience in plastic molds. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional growth and development **NEUTROPLAST – Plastic Packaging Industry, S.A.**, a leading company in the sector, is expanding its team and looking for a **Production Support Technician**, with **proven experience in plastic molds**. Main Responsibilities: * Assembly and fine-tuning of molds, machines, and peripheral equipment (conveyors, grinders, etc.) according to the molding specification sheet; * Evaluation of production planning and recording of process changes; * Collaboration in responding to Non-Conformance Reports; * Recording of incidents and compliance with work instructions; * Identification and reporting of anomalies and maintenance needs; * Execution of minor repairs and Level 1 maintenance; * Cleaning and organization of the workplace; * Preparation and programming of raw material supply; * Validation of production start-up/restart with the Shift Supervisor; * Proposal of improvements to the production process; * Compliance with quality and environmental standards; * Monitoring of assigned KPIs. Candidate Profile: * Minimum education: 9th grade or minimum 3 years’ experience in the role; * **Mandatory experience in plastic molds**; * Technical knowledge in maintenance, electromechanics, or automation; * Valid driver’s license for light vehicles and forklift operator license; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Basic computer skills; * Environmental awareness and commitment to good environmental practices. Preferred Qualifications: * Completed secondary education; * Training in plastic processing equipment; * Knowledge of NP EN ISO 9001, ISO 15378, and medical device regulations; * Basic English language skills. Special Conditions: * Not recommended for candidates with color blindness, asthma, allergies, or chronic respiratory diseases; * Risks associated with UV technology exposure (impact in pregnancy situations).
