Collaborate on innovation and automation initiatives We are looking for a **Junior Business Analyst (m/f/d)** to join our **Innovation and Digital Upskilling** team, accompanying\-us on this journey of innovation and digital transformation. **Challenge:** Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes through requirements analysis, development of automation solutions, and support for digital transformation initiatives, helping to drive operational efficiency and organizational digital upskilling. **Day\-to\-day responsibilities:** * Elicit and document business requirements and processes from various departments across the organization; * Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate; * Support vendor management and external development efforts, overseeing requirements definition, testing, and production implementation; * Prepare and update process documentation, procedures, and work instructions; * Analyze data in Excel to support decision\-making and identify process improvement opportunities; * Identify, report, and track resolution of bugs and inconsistencies in internal and external systems; * Collaborate on innovation, automation, and digital upskilling initiatives; * Support continuous improvement of business processes through the use of digital tools. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; * 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, data analysis, or automation (relevant internships will be considered); * Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation/RPA tools; * Solid Excel skills; * Fluent English, both written and spoken; * Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with non\-technical teams; * Analytical mindset and problem\-solving orientation; * Organized, autonomous, and responsible; * Interest in innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement; * SQL knowledge (preferred); * Experience or interest in user training and capacity building (preferred). **What we offer you:** * Join the largest Portuguese automotive group; * Benefits designed for your well\-being and future: health insurance extendable to family members, life insurance, free psychology consultations, flexible benefits, and pension fund; * Up to 26 vacation days per year; * Special conditions for vehicle purchase and leasing, plus discounts and advantages across an extensive network of partners; * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development and career progression; * A close\-knit, collaborative work environment, with regular initiatives promoting team spirit and knowledge sharing; * A culture that values autonomy, continuous learning, and constant improvement; * Hybrid work arrangement.
