Job Summary: upK is seeking a Contract Manager to coordinate and lead Contractual General Maintenance Services for shopping centers, promoting client interface and optimizing service delivery. Optimization of resources and monitoring of maintenance plans Working Hours Monday to Friday, 09\-18h Job Description upK, a company specializing in Maintenance Management, is seeking 1 Contract Manager to work in Sacavém, responsible for coordinating and leading Contractual General Maintenance Services \- Shopping Centers. Responsibilities: Plan corrective and preventive intervention actions in coordination with Client expectations; Promote an efficient interface between Clients and upK, based on ethical, responsible, and effective conduct by field technical staff; Develop the Technical Staff Training Plan; Optimize material and logistical resources qualitatively and quantitatively to ensure proper service operation; Conduct inquiries with national and international suppliers; Negotiate prices and commercial terms; Evaluate suppliers; Participate in internal Quality audits; Promote and lead periodic reviews with technical staff to enhance maintenance quality; Gather feedback from Clients and maintenance technicians to promote and achieve established objectives; Collaborate in drafting comprehensive maintenance contracts for service units; Monitor implementation and development of maintenance plans; Prepare preventive maintenance plans for each unit; Provide technical advisory services and budgetary control of Operations; Actively contribute to implementing the Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System (QESMS) according to one’s role and team members, ensuring compliance with legal and other requirements and continuous QESMS improvement; Ensure Team Leaders implement the QAS Management System, fulfilling legal and other requirements and enabling continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; Proactive; Strong communication and teamwork skills.
