





Tagus Services is seeking a dynamic professional to work as a Receptionist and Transfer Agent at our Benfica unit. The ideal candidate must be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities. Responsibilities: Welcome customers and visitors, providing information about the company's services. Answer telephone calls and respond to emails courteously and efficiently. Handle booking and transfer reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Assist with front-desk related tasks. Coordinate transfer logistics, ensuring customers are transported punctually and safely. Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve customer service. Refuel and deliver vehicles to customers. Requirements: Valid driver's license. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Open position (Self-employed status – Green Receipts). Completed high school education; higher education is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or similar roles. Computer skills, especially with reservation management software. Professional appearance and demeanor. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Schedule: Rotating 4-on/2-off schedule. Working hours: 8:00–17:00 / 11:00–20:00 (rotating shifts) – 1-hour lunch break. Rotating schedule: 4-on/2-off (rotating days off). Salary: To be determined. Green Receipts for the first three months, with potential for a formal employment contract thereafter.
