Responsibilities: Guest reception and assistance throughout their stay; Check-in and check-out formalities; Concierge services; Reservation management and online platforms; Cash audits and daily cash reconciliations; Requirements: Availability to work rotating day and night shifts (twice per week); Fluency in English (additional languages are valued); Customer-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for public interaction; Knowledge of Lisbon city; Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills; High sense of responsibility, dynamism, and autonomy; Experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS) is an advantage.
