We are looking for a professional with LMS environment experience to join a stable project in the field of digital training and learning management. **Responsibilities** ---------- * LMS platform administration and management. * Creation, configuration, and maintenance of training courses. * Management of calendars, course sessions, and learning pathways. * Configuration of enrollment rules, prerequisites, and completion criteria. * Management and updating of training catalogs. * Automation of processes related to enrollments, communications, and user tracking. * Monitoring of learner participation and attendance. * Preparation of reports and tracking of training activity metrics. * Coordination and execution of training plans for a major banking sector entity. * Liaison with various departments involved in training management. **Requirements** -------------- Minimum 2 years of experience in LMS platform coordination, administration, or technical office roles. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms such as Moodle, Docebo, Cornerstone, Netex, or similar. * Experience managing training plans and tracking training activities. * Minimum Spanish language level: B2\. * Professional-level Portuguese proficiency.
