Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon **Requirements** * **1\-3 years in data analytics**, business intelligence, or a similar reporting role. * **Advanced proficiency in Power BI**: data modeling, DAX, report building, dashboard design. * **Strong skills in Microsoft Excel:** advanced formulas, pivots, Power Query, VBA/macros. * **Experience with think\-cell** for high\-quality, data\-driven presentations. * Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets to extract business insights. * Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques and data science concepts. * Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering executive\-level presentations. * Ability to drive best practices in reporting and analytics and seek process improvements. * Strong sense of professionalism, data integrity, and confidentiality. **Responsibilities** * **Data Analysis \& Reporting:** Analyze large datasets to produce accurate and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations. * **Dashboard \& Visualization Development:** Build and maintain compelling BI dashboards (especially in Power BI) tailored to business needs. * **Automation \& Efficiency:** Utilize Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, VBA/macros) and think\-cell to automate processes and enhance reporting efficiency. * **Presentations \& Insights:** Prepare and deliver presentations communicating analytical findings and business implications to various audiences. * **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively seek out and recommend best practices for reporting, analytics, and process optimization. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate cross\-functionally with business units to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
