We are recruiting a **Generalist Instructor (M/F)** for **Element Tercena**, with the following profile: Your responsibilities: * Exercise prescription, supervision, support, safety assurance, assistance, correction, and motivation of clients during cardiofitness and strength training sessions; * Ensuring the quality of the services provided; What we expect from you: * Bachelor's degree in Sports or certification as a Physical Exercise Technician (mandatory license); * Mandatory professional experience in similar roles within a gym environment; * Strong communication skills; * Passion for the sports field; * Dynamism and versatility; What we offer: * Employment contract (20 hours/week \- holiday bonus); * Opportunity for career advancement.
