Responsibilities: - Ensure proper operation of the production line and guarantee that production complies with product specifications; - Follow QESH system procedures and work instructions; - Report incidents and accidents; - Comply with procedures and work instructions; - Perform tasks essential to ensuring proper operation of production lines, operating assigned machinery; - Carry out verifications indicated in the control plan, working under self-control; - Segregate defective products; - Implement actions specified in the BRC plan; - Complete quality, cleaning, waste, and order-change records; - Maintain a clean and organized workstation according to the 5S policy; - Comply with, and ensure compliance with, safety and environmental rules as implemented by the company; - Adhere to the company’s current food safety standards.
