Job Purpose: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with current labor and tax legislation, and provide administrative support for HR management processes. Responsibilities: * Monthly payroll processing and related legal obligations; * Management of employee onboarding, contract terminations, attendance control, and contractual changes; * Monitoring of time sheets, absenteeism, holidays, and other payroll-related incidents; * Preparation and submission of statutory declarations (Social Security, Occupational Safety and Health, Insurance, etc.); * Clarifying employee queries regarding payroll and contractual matters; * Updating HR system data and maintaining documentary archives. **Requirements** * Degree in Human Resources; * Preferably at least 3 years’ experience in payroll processing; * Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and ability to interpret various Collective Labor Agreements (CCTs) and Employer Associations’ agreements (AEs); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Payroll software to be used: RHSuite. * Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail; **Advantages** * Strong organizational skills, focus, and deadline management; * Sense of responsibility; * Analytical ability; * Discretion and professional ethics; * Good interpersonal communication skills.
