Talenter is recruiting a Sales Representative (M/F/D) to join a telecommunications company, focusing on commercial activities in the DTD (Door-to-Door) channel, promoting customer acquisition and retention, and contributing to business growth. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Carry out the company's commercial activities in the DTD (Door-to-Door) channel; Ensure prospecting and acquisition of new customers; Manage and monitor the customer portfolio; Promote commercial relationships with customers; Ensure presentation and negotiation of commercial proposals; Contribute to achieving defined commercial objectives; Monitor the market and identify relevant trends; Ensure registration and updating of commercial information; Collaborate in defining commercial strategies; Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction; Ensure compliance with established commercial procedures; Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial processes; Perform other administrative and operational tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the service, according to operational needs and senior management guidance; Comply with all procedures defined by the department/direction/team to which you belong, as well as those outlined in the Integrated Management System, including all applicable internal, legal, and regulatory requirements in force at the Company.
