Drive sales growth and embody the brand's values Fixed-term contract (CDD) Weekly Working Hours: 30 hours 2790\-045 CARNAXIDE, Portugal **Our store is recruiting a Multiskilled Sales Associate.** **Your in-store responsibilities within the team:** **\- Deliver a unique in-store experience for every customer:** * Warmly welcome each customer * Guide and retain our customers throughout their in-store journey and pleasure purchases * Offer Maison du Monde services to our customers (Alma, Rhinov…) * Handle cash transactions in compliance with procedures **\- Style your store** * Participate in deliveries, restocking, and product and new theme placements to enhance our collections * Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers **\- Be an active contributor to your store’s success** * Understand your store’s commercial KPIs and jointly execute action plans with managers and the team to achieve targets * Drive sales growth and conversion rate **\- Be a brand ambassador / Promote and embody the brand’s values** * Serve as a brand ambassador and representative (e.g., know the company’s initiatives and share them with customers) **Profile:** If you share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and proximity, join us!
