Integration and management of multidisciplinary teams. #### **About the Project Manager (M/F) Role** Our client, a recognized leader in the civil construction sector, is currently recruiting to strengthen its team with a **Project Manager** (M/F): **Main Responsibilities:** * Analysis and interpretation of architectural and specialty projects; * Identification of design errors, omissions, and inconsistencies; * Coordination of the tendering process for construction contracts; * Preparation of quantity take-offs, work maps, and support in drafting tender documents; * Production of construction details and technical support to the design team; * Legal framework assessment and project review with relevant licensing authorities; * Integration and management of multidisciplinary teams throughout project development. ### **Requirements** #### **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Engineering or Architecture; * Solid knowledge of construction processes; * Proficiency in the following tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, MS Project (or other relevant software); * Good command of English; * Critical analytical ability and attention to detail; * Strong capability to manage multiple teams and technical specialties.
