Key Responsibilities: - Ensure store opening or closing; - Actively manage and supervise shift tasks (human resources, operational management, maintenance, and financial management); - Assist the store manager in team management; - Train new employees; - Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards What We Offer: - Starting salary: €1,000.00 + absence allowance + meal subsidy: €141.91 - Monthly productivity bonuses - Bonuses for achieving objectives - Two days off per week - Permanent employment contract - Continuous training and career progression.
