The Jupiter Lisboa Hotel is looking for a person to perform preventive maintenance and repair of the hotel’s equipment and infrastructure, ensuring management of the maintenance team. **What we expect you to do:** \- Organize a multidisciplinary team across various areas of a hotel building; \- Supervise tasks and functions related to preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel infrastructure and equipment; \- Verify compliance with technical assistance requests; \- Manage building self-protection measures; \- Manage subcontracted services, equipment, and materials; \- Define and control the annual maintenance plan; \- Ensure high-quality service to contribute to customer satisfaction. **The profile we seek:** \- You hold relevant education and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in electricity, air conditioning systems, centralized technical management, and plumbing; \- Passion for the profession and dedication; \- You are organized, dynamic, proactive, and possess a strong sense of responsibility; \- You maintain appropriate personal presentation and hygiene when interacting with guests; \- You have excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills; \- Flexibility and availability regarding working hours. **What you can expect from Jupiter Hotel Group:** Above all, you’ll find a family that welcomes you and is ready to guide and support you in everything you need to grow with us.
