




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Behavior Analyst for our Customer Intelligence/CRM team, responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying key metrics, and generating insights to optimize business performance. We count on you to… * Map legacy systems of MC and isolated systems/databases containing H\&W customer information; * Identify requirements to enhance customer database analytics through system evolution; * Identify and define new metrics that drive business growth and related processes, ensuring their implementation in analytical systems (e.g., customer score); * Conduct data analyses for presentation to various business units, delivering critical insights across the entire customer lifecycle; * Build and monitor the evolution of dashboards and reports containing relevant, actionable information to help business units gain clear visibility into customer behavior and identify opportunities; * Ensure customer data processing complies with GDPR regulations, maintaining alignment with departments such as DPO and Legal; * Collaborate with diverse organizational stakeholders to leverage their expertise in advancing the function. Therefore, you bring… * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, and/or Information Systems; * Experience in similar roles; * Proficiency in SQL; * Expertise in data modeling and storage (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, etc.); * Knowledge of Hadoop and MicroStrategy; * Familiarity with data analysis methodologies and tools (data cleaning, transformation, and visualization); * Ability to translate management objectives into business/operational needs and convert them into requirements for solution enhancement; * Capacity to understand and discuss technical implications of business processes, as well as their alignment with GDPR regulations; * Strong ability to engage with multiple functional areas (Business, IT, DPO, Legal); * Analytical and interpretive skills regarding data and metrics; * Process orientation and critical thinking; * Rigor and attention to detail; * Proactivity and organizational skills.
