We are seeking a highly expertise in Microsoft 365 Engineering to maintaining and supporting the delivery of Microsoft 365 services. This mission covers messaging, security, compliance, collaboration, and automation, with a special focus on M365 environment in a large\-scale enterprise infrastructure. The service will be for: * Managing and maintaining all aspects of the Microsoft 365 platform, covering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot and all other related M365 services. * Managing tenant configurations, licensing, and compliance settings. * Developing and maintaining technical documentation, High Level and Low Level design documentation, configuration specifications and standard operating procedures. * Providing 3rd/4th level support. Managing KT of operations to L2 teams. Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. * Ensuring adherence to internal security, governance, and data protection standards. * Ensuring tenant alignment with Global IT for future migrations, hybrid deployments, and integrations. * Integrating M365 with third\-party applications and on\-premises systems efficiently. * Monitoring service health, performance, and usage metrics utilizing Microsoft and third\-party tools. Expertise’s: * 5\+ years of hands\-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering. * Expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. * Expertise of Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and hybrid identity models. * Expertise with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Security \& Compliance Center (nice to have) * Expertise with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). * Solid M365 licensing models and integrated app management. * Strong level of PowerShell Scripting. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical expertises * Excellent interface and documentation handling * Strong expertise of DNS, TCP/IP, and network security principles. * Expertise with supporting hybrid deployment and migration strategies. * Stakeholder management expertise. * Providing service independently and collaboratively within cross\-functional teams. * Translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. * English environemnt * Duration: Long Term Contract * Working model will be hybrid, Lisbon Tipo de oferta: Período Integral
