Initial and continuous training 3. Direct employment contract with the client company We are recruiting a Machine Operator (M/F) for a client company located in the **Seixal** area, Setúbal. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Receive and handle materials, complying with current loading instructions; \- Ensure integrity of equipment in use and perform daily maintenance as per current procedures; \- Guarantee compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, sustainability, and energy management regulations; \- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas. REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience operating heavy material handling equipment (e.g., heavy forklifts, overhead cranes, front-end loaders or rotary loaders). \- Residence in the Seixal area or nearby; \- Availability for rotating shifts; \- Personal vehicle. OFFER: \- Compensation package: Base salary \+ Attendance bonuses \+ Transportation allowance \+ Meal allowance (€13.30/day) \+ Shift allowance (25%); \- Health insurance for employee and immediate family members; \- Initial and ongoing training; \- Direct employment contract with the client company; \- Integration into a solid company.
