We aim to hire a Civil Engineer or Architect as Assistant Construction Manager for the Estoril area with the following qualifications: Responsibilities: . Construction management including project analysis; . Monitoring construction progress and execution; . Supervising and ensuring proper preparation of measurement certificates; . Analyzing and reporting on technical and economic performance of the project; . Promoting compliance with safety regulations. Profile: . Civil Engineer or Architect with minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Management (mandatory); . Proficiency in computer tools: Excel; AutoCAD; Microsoft Project (preferred); . Valid driver's license; . Registered with the Order of Engineers or Architects; . Proactivity, teamwork spirit, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills; . Ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers; . Resident in Portugal.
