This role will play a key part in coordinating strategic initiatives—including financial transformation projects and integration of new entities into the Group—ensuring alignment across teams, operational efficiency, and accuracy of financial information. The objective is to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and with positive impact on global financial processes. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** · Management of the financial and transformation project portfolio. · Identification, design, and prioritization of process improvement and automation initiatives. · Impact analysis and dependency management across projects and stakeholders. · Participation in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects, including support in target company evaluation, definition of accounting structures, and oversight of integration. · Coordination with teams across different geographic locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency of local financial processes. · Continuous analysis and optimization of existing financial processes. · Development and updating of policies, procedures, and internal controls. · Oversight of solution implementation and performance monitoring. **3] COMPETENCIES** · Experience in project management or transformation environments (PMO, consulting, or equivalent). · Knowledge of SAP. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. · Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). · Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory). · Strong analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. · Good organizational skills and effective priority management. · Clear communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. · Adaptability and ability to work in dynamic, international environments. **4] QUALIFICATIONS** · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. · Experience: 2–3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, transformation projects, or roles related to project management. Experience in M&A projects is highly valued. Experience in the banking or real estate sector will be considered an advantage.
