Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to join the team of a leading IT company, with a focus on financial accounting and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. We invest in technological leadership grounded in service quality and technological solutions, supported by continuous training and certification. ###### **Responsibilities:** * Posting of accounting documents; * Analysis of Intercompany Processes; * Management and reconciliation of supplier accounts; * Support in monthly closings, accruals, and reconciliations; * Account analysis and support for management control; * Support for continuous process improvement. **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related field (mandatory); * Professional experience of 1–3 years, preferably in financial accounting; * Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools; * Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and process orientation; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in Shared Services / multinational environments; * Intermediate or advanced level of English and Spanish; * Interest in evolving into a key user / finance systems role. **Language Skills:** * Intermediate or advanced level of English and Spanish **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routines * Training and certifications * Employee Assistance Program (covering 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and tenure gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal with attractive offers
