Job Summary: FCCN is seeking a Science Manager to join its team, supporting the coordination, management, and monitoring of activities and projects in the scientific knowledge domain, with a focus on the POLEN initiative. Responsibilities: * Support the coordination, analysis, and implementation oversight of the activity plan and budget; * Support, in collaboration with the team, technical studies, functional analyses, requirements gathering, implementation control, and testing; * Support, together with a multidisciplinary team, public procurement processes with suppliers; * Monitor conditions arising from contracts signed with suppliers; * Support the management and operation of digital services supporting open science and open research data, such as: data management plan service and data synchronization and sharing service; * Ensure, jointly with other team members, representation and communication functions with national and international partners. **Requirements** * Higher education degree; * Familiarity with the research and higher education ecosystem; * Knowledge and experience in project management and coordination, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation components; * Participation in producing technical studies and reports; * Ability to analyze information and critical thinking; * Experience in monitoring and actively participating in projects distributed across multiple teams and *stakeholders* (institutions, suppliers); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Initiative and autonomy; * Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, including the ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations in both languages.
