Job Summary: Product Development Analyst for dietary supplements, focusing on raw material sourcing, ingredient evaluation, supplier management, and project coordination to ensure quality and compliance. Supplier and raw material management with a focus on quality and cost FUNCTION Investigate market trends, sourcing opportunities, and supplier innovations in the dietary supplement sector Support product development with a focus on raw material sourcing, ingredient evaluation, and formulation analysis Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and reliability Coordinate communication and negotiations with suppliers, including requests for technical documentation, samples, and commercial proposals Support private label product development by coordinating with external partners from concept through to approved formulation Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure all ingredients and formulations meet applicable standards Maintain organized records of suppliers, raw materials, formulations, and project statuses REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields Solid knowledge of nutrition, dietary supplements, and food science principles Experience in ingredient sourcing, formulation development, and product processes Basic laboratory knowledge for testing, experimentation, and quality control Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills WE OFFER Opportunity to make a direct impact on the company and consumers' lives Competitive remuneration based on experience Benefits including employee discounts, health insurance, gym membership, and others Location: Cacém – Sintra, on-site Zumub promotes equal opportunities and encourages applications from all qualified professionals, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
