**The Role**
As **Bar Manager**, you oversee all bar operations — leading the team, managing budgets, and ensuring every guest enjoys the refined, effortless experience that defines Vida Plena. **Your Key Responsibilities**
* Lead bar team, manage budget, handle staff scheduling, maintain stock, and develop drink offerings.
* Lead the bar team, provide feedback for improvement, and conduct bartender training.
* Manage the beverage stock and costs, ensuring orders for all bar materials are completed (glasses, shakers, etc.).
* Create, implement, and improve bar structure and workflow.
* Act as the link between the bar team and restaurant management.
**What We Expect From You**
* Experience: 5\+ years in hospitality with proven management and leadership experience.
* Expertise in budgeting, cost control, vendor relations, and team coordination.
* Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of bar operations and profitability.

* Charismatic, strategic, and supportive — a calm problem solver who leads by example.
