Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to join the Operations team – Strategy & Execution, focusing on continuous improvement and process optimization, with direct impact on business efficiency. A young, dynamic, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment We are seeking an intern to join the Operations \- Strategy \& Execution team, focusing on continuous improvement and process optimization projects. This is an opportunity to work on real day\-to\-day operational challenges, with direct impact on business efficiency. ROLE: Participate in continuous improvement and operational and logistics process optimization projects; Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven structured improvements; Collaborate with various business areas (Operations, IT, Production \& Product Development, among others) to implement improvements; Support data analysis and dashboard development (Excel, Power BI); Track initiatives from problem identification through to final solution implementation; Prepare project documentation and reporting. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Management, Operations Management, Industrial and Logistics Management, or other management-related fields, provided there is interest in operations; Strong analytical ability and affinity for working with data; Proficiency with digital tools; Excel is mandatory, Power BI is a plus; Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to identify problems and propose structured solutions; Good communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and ease of collaboration across different departments; Fluency in English is an advantage.
