Then this position is for you. As **Business Analyst**, you will be responsible for **analyzing, supporting, and improving Finance reporting and integration flows** within our ecosystem. Build side: * Analyze business needs related to Finance and Risk reporting tools and processes * Contribute to Finance and IT projects through functional analysis, acceptance testing, and user training * Anticipate project impacts on reporting processes and tools * Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and IT stakeholders to improve the Information System * Define and enhance reporting solutions and integration flows * Ensure data consistency and quality across Finance systems Run side: * Ensure proper operational functioning of the squad, especially integration flows * Respond efficiently to users’ functional and operational requests * Monitor and follow up on IT and administrative incidents * Organize and deliver user training sessions * Monitor accounting and reporting flows within the scope * Administer and evolve reporting tools * Identify and propose productivity gains * Guarantee quality processes for administration and functional activities **This is your background** You have at least **3 years of experience** in demanding **IT and Financial project environments**.
