Lead, train, and develop a dedicated team Valverde Lisboa Hotel \& Garden, a Relais \& Châteaux property located on the magnificent Avenida da Liberdade, is recruiting a Head Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team. We seek experienced, dedicated professionals focused on service excellence to provide our guests with a memorable experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the Housekeeping team; * Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas; * Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor attendance; * Manage inventory, place orders, and control operational costs; * Implement and monitor quality standards in accordance with 5-star and Relais \& Châteaux criteria; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure an integrated guest experience; * Provide continuous training and development for the team. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury hospitality; * Strong leadership, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; * High sense of responsibility and customer orientation; * Knowledge of team management and operational control; * Good command of English; * Flexibility in working hours.
